We want you to love your AwwsoCute onesies and pajamas! If you’re not completely satisfied, our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from your purchase date. After 14 days, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Diapers (opened or unopened) are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Certain items, including intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, and downloadable products, cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. DM us at Instagram to ask.

Gifts

For gift returns:

• If marked as a gift during purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the item’s value.
• If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for expensive items.
